Antwerp Utility Billing Notice
Effective April 1, 2025, the utility billing will denote a final due date. This date will be approximately 45 days from the date of the mailing of the bills. The utility department will no longer send reminders. If the bill has not been paid by the due date, a 10% fee will be added, and a 5-day door hanger will be placed at the billing residence. This bill gives the customer 4 additional days to pay the bill. On the 5th day, the water will be disconnected. If this happens, there will be a $35 fee added to the bill to reconnect. The utility crew will only preform reconnections during normal business hours which is 7am – 3pm, Monday through Friday. Payments may be made at the Antwerp Exchange Bank during normal business hours. The bank does have a drop-off slot located outside if you are unable to get to the bank due to other obligations. The village also offers a blue drop-off box inside the village hall on the council room door. This location is checked on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
