Bill has been an Antwerp resident since 1977.  He graduated from Eastside High School in Butler, IN.  He married Tylene (Mabis) in 1973 and has three sons, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Bill is a retired machinist from Tool Craft in Fort Wayne, IN since 2021.  He enjoys many hobbies and is a certified hunter education instructor and certified instructor trainer.  Bill is currently on the Planning and Zoning Commission board and has regularly attended the Antwerp Village Council meetings.

Jason has been a resident of Antwerp for 18 years.  He and his wife Tiffany (Wyckoff) have 3 boys; Owen, Keegan (Gray-Wyckoff) and Jaxton (Leinbach).

He graduated from Fairview High School in 1992, is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana and the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Jason has worked in manufacturing for over 25 years in Production, Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering and is currently employed as an Industrial Engineer at North American Stamping Group in Paulding.  He has served as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for over 15 years.

His hobbies include woodworking, camping, boating and watching football, hockey and auto racing.

Jason comes to Village Council wanting to bring some new energy and fresh ideas to help Antwerp improve and grow.

His bio is: A 1998 graduate of Antwerp High School, I bring 25 plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Throughout my career, I’ve completed multiple machining apprenticeships and participated in numerous leadership conventions, sharpening both my technical knowledge and ability to lead effectively.

I’ve always been an advocate for working people, and that passion has naturally led me to pursue village council. I believe in honest, transparent leadership and in making decisions that put the needs of the community first. My focus on collaboration, fairness, and long-term solutions aligns with the values I bring to my new role on the village council.

A lifelong supporter of Philadelphia sports, (GO PHILLIES & GO BIRDS!!) Most importantly I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children. I’m honored to serve our community and look forward to helping move our village forward with integrity and dedication.

John Ganger grew up in Antwerp and graduated from Antwerp Local Schools in 2005. He has his wife, Kendra, and two children: Perry and Lennie.

He has degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Indiana Tech and is currently working as a Corporate Quality Engineer for Rea Magnet Wire in Fort Wayne, IN.

John is currently a member of the Planning and Zoning Committee.

His hobbies include basketball (Michigan State Spartans fan) and spending time with his children. Anytime both hobbies overlap is a bonus!

Derek Demongeot is an Antwerp native, graduating Antwerp Local School in 2010 and residing full time in the village since 2013. When not hard at work downtown at H2O Water Stores, he likes to spend time at home with his two dogs and cat.

It is a privilege to have the unique experience of not only living in Antwerp but also working here. While living here may not have always been a dream of his, our roots run deep here and it is there is only place that feels like home. It’s the home that many of us share and it is his hope to help shape it for the betterment of future generations.
