The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the Village Town Hall, 118 North Main Street, Antwerp, Ohio, to consider two conditional use permit (CUP) applications which are summarized as follows:
● A home occupation involving a pick up area for online sales at 204 Buffalo Street.
● The solar field at the Antwerp Local School was installed without obtaining the required CUP. The owner is requesting that the Zoning Appeals board consider their application.
