CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS DUMPED AT COMPOST SITE – VIOLATORS TO BE PROSECUTED

Again, construction materials have been left at the Village’s compost site at the sanitary sewer plant.  This site is for VEGETATION TYPE MATERIAL ONLY.  The site is clearly marked for branches in one area and leaves in the other.   This site is monitored by the Ohio EPA and can be closed if the site is continued to be abused.  The area is monitored with live cameras and once the offenders have been identified, charges will be brought for illegal dumping.

Please note also, branches can only be taken that are no larger than 3″ in diameter.  Logs and stumps are not to be drop at the site.  If you have any questions on what can be left at the compost site or if you want to report violators, please call the village administrator at 419-258-2371.
