Utility Billing Clerk – Village of Antwerp

The Village of Antwerp, OH is accepting resumes for the position of Utility Billing Clerk.  This opening is a part-time, hourly position working an average of 18 hours per week.   Hourly wage will be based on experience.  Village employees are covered under the Ohio Public Employees Retirement Plan (OPERS).

The Utility Clerk is responsible for the overall operation of billing and receiving of water, sewer, trash, and storm utility bills.  Computer skills required include database management, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web page maintenance in WordPress.  The ability to handle customer complaints and aid customers in a professional manner is required.  The position reports to the Village Administrator and training with the current Utility Clerk will be provided through the end of 2024.
