The Council of the Village of Antwerp passed Ordinance 2025-09 on July 9^th, 2025, entitled “AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF STONE STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF ANTWWERP, OHIO, SPANNING  FROM THE INTERSECTION OF STONE STREET AND SOUTH MAIN STREET TO THE INTERSECTION OF STONE STREET AND ERIE STREET, TO, TO BOURBON STREET.”  This ordinance renames a portion of “Stone Street” to “Bourbon Street”.

The Council of the Village of Antwerp passed Ordinance 2025-11 on July 9^th, 2025, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 311 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1976-16, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF ANTWERP, OHIO, TO ADD FURTHER BUSINESS CLASSIFICATIONS TO THE PERMITTED, CONDIITIONAL, ACCESSORY USE TABLES AND DECLARING THE SAME AN EMERGENCY.”  This ordinance amends the table contained in section 311 of the zoning ordinance to include additional business types.

The Council of the Village of Antwerp passed Ordinance 2025-12 on July 9^th, 2026, entitled, “AN ORDINANCE ACDCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE MAUMEE LANDING SUBDIVISION – PHASE 15 (LOTS 29 AND 30) TO THE ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF ANTWERP, PAULDING COUNTY, OHIO, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO 94-17, AND DECLARING THE SAME AN EMERGENCY.”  This ordinance accepts the addition of Phase 15 to the Maumee Landing Addition as the exhibit describes provided by the developer.
