Public Hearing Notice – August 21, 2023

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 21, 2023, at
5:00 p.m. at the Village Town Hall, 118 North Main Street, Antwerp, Ohio, to consider an
appeal and a conditional use permit application, which are summarized as follows:

● An appeal to consider a decision made by the Zoning Inspector, allowing the use
or occupancy of the building or premises at 103 Wilcox Street without a Certificate
of Occupancy.

● The property owner at 204 Kroos Drive, has applied for a conditional use permit
to operate a home occupation.
