SPECIAL ANTWERP COUNCIL MEETING SET FOR MONDAY, 10/30/17 AT 8:00 A.M.

The Village of Antwerp has scheduled a special council meeting for Monday, October 30, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. at Village Hall, 118 N. Main Street, Antwerp, Ohio.  Agenda items include:  1)  Executive session to discuss pending litigation; 2)  Discussion on Dollar General income tax appeal and any motion, if necessary, to approve any action thereon; 3)  Ordinance No 2017-24 amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2007-30 and amending Ordinance 2010-13 establishing a program to charge a user fee for the delivery of emergency medical rescue services provided by the Village of Antwerp EMS, and declaring the same an emergency; and 4)  Ordinance No 2017-23 An ordinance authorizing the village fiscal officer to transfer $27,500 from the general fund to the police fund and declaring the same an emergency.
