As part of the waterline replacement project. Sections of E. Canal from Erie Street east to Water Plant drive will cause water in the area to be off while connections are made. Once water comes back on, residents are advised to run their outside spigots until the water clears as the process of shutting off water caused sediment to be stirred in the lines. There has been no lose of pressure in the line so this does not caused a boil advisory. The Village would ask for patience during this process as we replace cast iron lines that are over 50 years old with plastic. This should result in less waterline breaks.
