How To Report a Water Emergency

There are three ways a resident may report a water emergency:

1.  Call 419.258.7075, and press option 2. This number is forwarded to the on-call person.

2.  Call 419.506.0390. In most cases the call will go to voice mail as the technician is working. Please leave a detailed message with your name and call back number so the technician may call if they have any questions.

3.  Text 419.506.0390 with pertinent information and your call back number.
